Karl from Primary Response visited me at home to do micro suction in both ears which were dry and full of wax. He is a very pleasant, knowledgeable man who took the time needed to do a thorough job. It was not unpleasant or painful and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

If you have an earwax issue then do not hesitate to call this company. Karl was excellent, very patient and explained things upfront and throughout the process of removing my solid earwax with the suction method (not a drop of water was used during this process).

Although completely painless there was only occasionally some very minor discomfort - the relief felt after wax removal was amazing, hearing returned and no aches, pains or discomfort in ear. Many thanks Karl.

Lovely experience for my son. He was very nervous but Carl was extremely reassuring calm and full of patience with him. He made the whole thing so easy. The results are absolutely amazing. Having suffered from hearing loss due to a build up of wax my sons hearing has completely 360’d and the best it’s been in years in his words he wishes he’d of had it done years ago. He feels like a new boy. Thank you so much ?

I rang Karl yesterday in desperation as my ear was very blocked. Karl agreed a time to come to my house the following evening. Upon arriving Karl explained what he was going to do and how he is a long way off the ear drum. He totally set my mind with this explanation and his obvious knowledge.

He started the procedure on my very blocked ear, apart from a bit of pressure it was not unpleasant. He was very thorough and made sure my ear was totally clear of wax.

What a difference I can hear my clothes crinkling as I walk.

Karl is a very knowledgeable, polite and genuinely nice guy. I would highly recommend.

Karl did micro suction on my blocked / waxy ear. I was very anxious about this but Karl was patient and understanding. There was no pain. My hearing is much better and the blocked sensation has gone. Karl even texted a few days later to see how I was. Highly Recommended
