Amazing company
So impressed with the entire team, from office to field care. The staff really know their stuff and cannot thank them enough for their input to individual service users as well as the community. The management here go above and beyond to ensure needs are met. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!!

When Mum moved to Claydon, she was welcomed by the care team in a most professional and comprehensive way.
The care plan put in place is very good and takes into consideration all of our initial concerns. The carers are polite, very competent and friendly, they treat Mum with dignity and kindness.
When either the carer onsite, or the office team have contacted me regarding Mum, they have been calm, friendly and extremely helpful.
I have always been able to quickly get hold of the team on the office number and on the out of hours number, if needed.
I would recommended the services of Primary Homecare to anyone looking for reliable, capable and friendly care for their loved ones.

I have just read some of the reviews, can only conclude that some people may have strong grudges against this company. However, our family experiences have been amazing with this care company they supported with the Caring of our father whilst he lived at home with us. They worked with other care professionals for our benefit and all around support.
The Careprofessionals that were introduced into our home were of a high standard, had a good knowledge of care needs and were very respectful of our home. The office support team were incredible at the information they were able to support us with and came back to us qickly.
My family and I would have no hesitation in recommending this care company, Primary Homecare if you are looking for care for your loved one and feel well supported as a whole family.

I would like to say that Primary Homecare have gone above and beyond with my Brother In Law Phill. Nothing is too much trouble he said. They always find time to have a chat . The carers make sure they call the office if there is a problem and they have got some much needed equipment in for Phill. I would recommend them to anyone.

A disgusting company . Dont use this company as there is no care in this company. They lie to u and abuse there power . Last joke on them as ive been to papers and police . Dont leave family members on there own with this company as they abuse or dont do there job correct. 5 mins care is all u get.

Awful place. Found carers to be manipulating and not truthful. Management of these companies seem to be believe everything that their carers say, to the customers detriment. All very worrying! This is how abuse occurs.
