My grandad has been having a lovely carer from Primacy come in to help him during the day. He is having 3 calls a day and absolutely thriving now he's eating properly again and just looking forward to each day. This has taken so much stress away from me and my family as we just couldn't get to him everyday around our jobs. I feel like I have finally got my grandad back. When I first spoke to Nero I never knew the impact this would have on us all. We owe this company everything, I would recommend them to everyone in a heartbeat.

I was getting really down trying to fit everything in, i contacted Primacy for some help with my Mum. Nero was amazing on the phone and listened to all my fears. Mum now has care daily to help with washing and dressing allowing me time to complete other tasks and pop in later during the day. Great service, Sam has been amazing THANK YOU

I can’t thank the wonderful team at Primacy Homecare enough. I was in need of some short term and last minute respite care for my Grandmother, I only gave them 2 days notice and they arranged everything, together with taking on providing food and managing her medicines.
