So pleased to have found Prestige Sports Massage & Spinal Adjustment unique provider. When I first met Dave I explained that I had injured my back when incorrectly lifting a mattress whilst updating my bedroom. Dave was recommended to me and after just a few sessions I can understand why. Dave is knowledgeable and highly skilled, he knows exactly what to do to help relieve the pain. He is trained in different therapies and incorporates these where appropriate, such as cupping and spine alignment. I've had sports massages in the past however Dave's approach is very thorough and not rushed at all. I was aware that treatments such as this can be a little uncomfortable at times, however after each session once the soreness has eased I have felt significant improvements in my pain. In addition to the treatments Dave has provided lots of advice regarding exercises and equipment to help with my rehabilitation. It really feels like he is invested in helping me to get better. I searched for Dave after having tight pains behind my left shoulder blade. Dave was professional and began with discussing my history, symptoms and activity frequency.

Dave’s knowledge on the epicentre of issues allows for efficiency.

Dave’s process is safe, researched and effective. After one session my upper back felt much better. It was apparent after the second that Dave’s process works and by the third my back felt more balanced.

Absolutely brilliant! I have had sports massages in the past with limited results. I am in my mid-40s and have suffered with back pain and muscle soreness for several years due to a motorbike crash, as well as serving 22 years in the military which has taken its toll. After just 3 sessions my back and legs felt a million times better and the pain as a result of a recent injury at work subsided greatly. I am able to sleep better and feel much more at ease doing my job knowing that my back isses have been fixed. This was probably the best £135 I have ever spent and I will certainly be returning to keep things in check. I highly recommend to anyone, great results! Thank you very much

I went to Dave about pain in my back. I struggled walking for prolonged periods of time. I then went on a 4 week travelling holiday where some days I hit 25k steps and.... No pain!
I continued to go after the holiday due to hip pain and he has been amazing.

Full professionalism, has a lot of knowledge about his work, which makes you feel safe. A little pain but it's worth suffering to heal your back. 🤣 I highly recommend it, there is also a nice atmosphere 👌
