We have a fantastic team from Prestige that provides "complex" care for my 20-year-old son. They have established a wonderful rapport with him and provide a very high and competent level of meeting all care needs, feeds, medication and personal care. The team gives my son regular trips out which he enjoys. He is also constantly treated with dignity and respect, as an individual! I know that he enjoys and looks forward to his time with his "team" which is also a comfort to me!

This care provider is outstanding the level of care provided is exceptionally good.
There is a family feel amongst the care team and branch staff they could not be any more supportive whilst upholding professional boundaries. The care provided to the clients is second to none.
They ensure clients needs are met to a high standard. The training the staff go through is evident in the care they provide. They make a positive difference to so many people in their care.
The branch team go above and beyond to ensure that care calls are covered. They seek the support of services such as OT's,GP's,District nurses to ensure clients are provided with the care,equipment,treatment they need quickly.
It is a wonderful company to work for on every level but more importantly one I would trust to care for my own loved ones.
