I just spoke to Swati at reception... By far she is the most understanding receptionist that this surgery has possibly ever employed and I am a patient at this surgery for the last 52 years.

Full five stars very helpful person...

Please don't get upset with these receptionists they bend over backwards to arrange appointments view, even though my appointment had been inadvertently cancelled due to an admin error they managed to arrange an appointment for me in 15 minutes so I was seen by a doctor and my condition wasn't life threatening...... thank you to all the ladies and receptionists behind the desk at premier medical health centre. A debt of gratitude is owed and my sincerest apologies if I sounded slightly out of term. ❤️💯

The nurse Neha was kind and efficient. Good service. Reception were having a argument with another patient so seemed stressed. My first time going in to the practice I have otherwise had good experiences via online.

The receptionist especially Rashmi Ghelani was very polite, courteous and was very helpful with supporting me through the emergency appointment process. Dr Chaudry was also exceptionally professional and talked me through my appointment which I found made me feel less anxious and worried.

Jasani tanvi and reception supervisor is very bad. They just only fast to write in the system patient rude. Never want to listen what the patient saying. I’m having a disease more than a month and when I call she said don’t have appointments, I start to keep ask then she said I’m rude this and that and finally said doctor will call me and doctor call me after few minutes. Do we need to ask so many times to get an appointment ? Please get rid off those kind of behaviour receptions and no one call gp center to have fun, when they really need they call so please respect that

I would just like to leave this review for Rashmi ghelani she was so helpful and lovely and made me feel so comfortable I was scared about an appointment that I’ve been putting off for a while and she made me feel so comfortable where I have Literally booked the appointment now thanks to her she listened to me she was understanding and she helped me through the whole telephone conversation What a wonderful receptionist and has amazing customer service She really has a good heart and is really understanding and helpful

Defiantly doesn’t follow the statement “where your health is our priority”. Absolutely impossible to get in touch or book an appointment. Impossible to reach via the phone and the app is constantly having issues and unable to book anything. Had blood tests cancelled on me 3 times because the nurses were sick, doctors constantly late. My daughter’s 8 week check up was late by an hour and no update or apology, while I have a baby with less than an hour wake up window surrounded by everyone sneezing and coughing in the waiting area. Having to wait for the documents that I paid for £130 for 2 weeks (and it’s not stated on the website the timeframes), why you pay this sort of money, you expect some sort of a decent service, and not being pushed around because everyone is disrespectful to you and lazy. The staff expects respect, but doesn’t respect it’s patients. It’s quicker to crawl under the rock and die than get a treatment, even when it’s just a 2 page form that you pay a significant amount of money.

Recently i went 3-4 times for a small things as I’m pregnant,from the doctor i got a letter for that same day i can collect my things bt gp says they don’t know,they both need to communicate first after I requested to the receptionist she sent the prescription to the pharmacy i went there the guy from pharmacy he said u need to pay for this! As nobody suggest me about exemption card i went again gp I asked for that form,I filled out after i went again pharmacy the guy he provided everything but my device was different as i got from the hospital the letter I given to the gp each and every details in the letter what i need!!!!
As they are not paying attention to the patient what they need!! Past 3 days I haven’t done my test as i have diabetes because of this problem now again i need to contact gp and pharmacy such a poor service and very bad experience!!
