Stayed at Premier Inn Guildford North while visiting family and it was a great choice. We will be back here again for future visits. We upgraded our room and it was really worth the small extra charge. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower washes smelled amazing. You couldn’t hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was great, well stocked with hot and cold dishes and I was able to get oat milk each morning for my coffee I just had to ask. Service in the restaurant at evening was great and the food was nice. The staff on the reception desk were helpful and friendly. Easy to find the hotel straight off the A3 and back on again, parking was free.

This premiere Inn is like any other, you get what you pay for. Service is great and very accommodating. Rooms are hit and miss. We have stayed here on many occasions whilst visiting our student son and have experienced a range of rooms. Some have been fantastic and others have had a slightly musty smell. One room absolutely stunk of musty wet carpet and so we politely made them aware and were immediately given an alternative which was fab and completely unexpected. Overall, it's a very handy place to stay with a £15 commute to Central London on the train from Guildford Station which is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. Also, it will be much much easier to get there once the road improvements are completed in Summer.

Went for the premier Inn Plus room.||Super comfy bed with lovely fresh bedding. Large room with coffee machine and fridge. Very quiet and lovely and warm. Great space to do my hair and make-up. Bathroom was super clean and modern with a bath and powerful shower. Extra pillows were available in the room. Definitely recommend especially the plus room if you are staying for more than 1 night.

Disappointed. We've used Premier Inn for a very long time in preference to competitors, despite others being cheaper. The reasons have been Cleanliness, Fresh feel, Comfort and Service. The stay over Christmas failed on the two most important. On arrival, my daughter asked for vegan milk for tea and was told to go to the restaurant to get some. She went but a rude person told her they would have some but were now closed (by 1 minute) and so sent her away empty handed! The rooms had a stail smell of must and damp and they had not been cleaned. The duvet cover had a hole the size of a 10p coin in it and it was put on inside out, there were hairs on and in the bed. The towels might not have been clean as one had a yellow mark on it and also had hairs!! The bathroom was dirty with black dirt around the basin overflow ( which my wife cleaned!) and there were hairs in and around the bath that could not have possibly been ours. On arrival, on Christmas Day, the receptionist was delightful and welcoming. On Boxing Day, the receptionist was miserable and could not bring himself to look away from whatever he was doing! We were prepared for more noise than usual, given the time of year but we were very disappointed with the rest, given that we paid almost double the price of Travel Lodge. We have stayed here many times before but probably not in the future unless sorted out. Première Inn, get your act together! You can stretch customer loyalty to a point but then they might walk!!

Had a good stay. Room was very clean and very quiet.|The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is the height over the bath. Trying to get out was a real challenge, im 6ft and hence have fairly long legs, but even I struggled to safely manoever myself from the shower/bath down to the floor without going flying..its actually quite a drop..and quite dangerous! If they could fix this issue but installing a lower bath with lower sides then it would deserve 5 stars! I was on the 1st floor. Even a bathmat wouldn't fix the issue as the drop is really bug at at at angle!

I stayed at Premier Inn for a night, and overall, my experience was not very satisfying. Upon arrival during dinner time, I quickly dropped my bags in the room and went for dinner. Unfortunately, they do not offer any halal food options, but I opted for the vegetarian dishes, which were quite good. The highlight of my stay was the service and the behavior of the staff—they were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

However, the room itself was just okay, nothing exceptional. The biggest letdown was the internet. They offer two options: a free basic internet and a paid "premier" version. The free internet was almost unusable, only suitable for very basic tasks. I would have expected better connectivity for guests.

Overall, while the food and staff service were commendable, the room and internet experience left much to be desired. It was an average stay, and I wouldn't rush back for another visit.

We stayed as a twosome in the Premier Inn, Guildford North, for three nights. There we met up with three people whom we seldom manage to see, because we live hundreds of miles apart from each other, and having time together over a leisurely meal was important to us. |Our ages are 80,80, 81, 85 and 94 respectively. |Our rooms were much as one would expect from a Premier Inn, and the hotel is a much quieter place in which to stay than its position close to a busy road might suggest. |The outstanding feature of our stay was the calibre of the staff, and the extent to which they did all they could to look after us. All of us felt so well watched over and cared for. |For example, on our first morning, we were allowed to spend two hours lingering over our breakfast as we caught up animatedly with each other's lives. This included giving us the opportunity to "stay put" whilst the staff began to lay out the tables for lunch. |There was always a member of staff willing to give us a helping hand with cases and the like if we looked in need of it. |Nothing was too much bother for them. |To be treated with such care and concern mattered a great deal to us.|We would certainly go back again.

The hotel was lovely and clean and I had the best night sleep ||My biggest concern was with the Beefeater attached which seemed to be running on minimum staff at a busy breakfast time. There seemed to be one waitress and one man running around restocking the foods and drinks as required but they were truly run ragged and couldn't keep up with the table cleaning - having sat and watched I just felt more staff would have made the place look cleaner and worked better - the staff that were there were brilliant but spread too thin!!!!!
