My auntie asked for a female carer she only needs help with personal care and after a week of a male turning up and numerous calls to the company she still hadn't had 1 minute of care but was being charged every day. when he turned up today she refused him entry to write in the book and politely told him over the intercom that she had requested a female and he wouldn't be able to provide the service she needed, he refused to leave and subsequently spent the next 30 mins knocking on her door and buzzing to be let in. She has been called discriminatory and prejudice and had been on the phone in tears to me. Absolutely no compassion at all this company, definitely would not recommend to anybody

Where to start and too much to list….
If you had a pet that needed a check in and feeding I would consider this satisfactory care.
A handful of staff are good but will certainly leave in due course.
Asking a woman who has memory problems do they need anything when you can’t see the worktops for dishes then leaving is pathetic (6min visit).
Staff documentation lies.
One visit that they didn’t realise I was there consisted of sticking the head around the door and asking do you need anything!!
This visit was not shown on there system as it was a new employee and didn’t have a PDA when questioned.
Putting glasses upwards in a dishwasher.
Wiping shopping down with neat bleach!!
Poor scheduling.
No shows.
I’ll stop as I’m winding myself up writing this.

Empathy, Proactive, Care, Awareness, Basic household skills and thoughtfulness are missing from the vast majority off staff.

Called on behalf of a couple who attended my uncles funeral for assistance as they pay for their assistance and the operator was straight up awful.
Now, I’m aware the caters can’t help carry anyone etc but for an operator of a care company to say ‘that’s not my problem’ when I’m asking for some advice/assistance for an elderly couple who need help is straight up unacceptable! Needless to say they hung up on me and the 2nd person I spoke to was nicer but they’re a service I will not be using for anyone in my family & the couple in question are looking to switch also!

Extremely poor, the actual carers are lovely but the office staff are horrendous and so rude. They don't care about how long they leave patients waiting they have no compassion whatsoever. If the carers are running late because of their bad management or coordination they don't bother to update patients or families and then try to argue with you when you phone up if you actually get through. DISGUSTING

Extremely poor service, breakfast calls at 12pm... Tea calls at 3pm... "not their problem" and don't change times... Poor office service, hopefully when they lose enough customers they'll rethink their call handling strategy.

One in Frodsham MUCH better and well priced!

Would not employ this company to care for an animal the minute they walk through the door you are charged 15 minutes and if they are there 16 minutes you are charged half an hour the bad ones outlay the good some barely spoke to my 88 year old mum who is quite chatty

They are a joke, giving their staff impossible jobs, give them time to get to a person's house oh no that is to easy, give you start times all over Runcorn with no walking time, then you get a mouthful of the client why are you late again, my mum has stated that she does not want a male carer ever, over the weekend they sent a black male carer, never answer the phone ever,
