I came to this centre and was worried because I read some of the reviews but what a surprise, from the moment I came in to the moment I left I felt really happy with the service, the staff were incredible, a lovely lady called Otis was super friendly and Dr Mohammed and his staff were really lovely and put my nerves at ease straight away. The place is super clean and I really have no complaints whatsoever.

Appointment was booked for 8:30am was left in reception until 9:30am Doctor had not turned up. To make it worse the doctor did not call in to get his appointments changed. I saw three people walk out! They tried calling the doctor but he never answered their calls .
Not great Service and then they asked me to re book in. Guess what they can’t book me because it’s not my job tried calling and nobody answers. What a waste of a day and loss income at work!

Had a phone call to book in for an assessment, the person who answered the phone was lovely. But the nurse that I got put through to was so very rude to me. She was saying about the procedure that I will need to come in for. I tried to tell her that I already had an appointment back in 2019 for a Gastroscopy and that’s where they found out about my Hernia etc. She talked down to me like I was a little child. She said that those things aren’t on the clinic referral report, but I tried to tell her that I had another call coming in while I was on the phone with her. Which was for a clinical assessment appointment for the arthritis team. She was very angry and put the phone down on me. These set things that I tried to tell her that I’ve had done are actually on my GP Record. I know the dates that I had the gastroscopy and the surgery to remove the gallbladder done in 2019. It was done as a surgery day case where my gallbladder was removed.

I’m now very frightened and scared about coming to your centre cause of the nurse. I can show her all of the records as they are on my medical records via the NHS app.

Nurses seemed incredibly uncaring one even raised their voice to me. I’m disabled and wasn’t allowed a carer with myself regardless of mental health difficulties. Spoke down to me like I was a child
Kept touching me without my consent which all ended in a huge meltdown and panic attacks, still didn’t care and again spoke down to me about Covid protocols yet could touch me without my consent even after I had voiced that I didn’t want them touching me
Then I was given a dud email address to file a complaint with them so I’ve had to do so by letter to their main offices. Never had my procedure and won’t be going back either.

Referred by optician for cataract- seen by consultant operated on -all within 2 weeks . Excellent service - first class staff and aftercare is exemplary. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Attended last week for cataract surgery and cannot fault the care I received from every single member of staff. Following a warm and friendly welcome at reception, pre surgery checks were carried out in a friendly, caring and professional manner with everything clearly explained - this carried through to the actual procedure where theatre staff were so kind and reassuring. A follow up call the following day was a much appreciated gesture and I now know that when the time comes for surgery on my second eye I will be in very good hands. Sincere thanks to you all.
