I was referred to Practice in the Park for extraction of two teeth that had crumbled. Right from the start of booking the appointment through to eventually having the procedure, all staff were excellent I thought. Reception team were very welcoming and the Dental Surgeon I saw, Rowena Lewthwaite was very thorough in her explanations, very gentle and reassuring in carrying out the procedure, and assisted well by her dental nurse. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to new patients.

I woke up this morning with excruciating toothache, and Practice In The Park truly went above and beyond to help me. They managed to fit me in within just a few hours, which was such a relief. From the moment I arrived, Charlie at reception was amazing—so kind, welcoming, and reassuring.

The dentist and dental assistant were incredible as well, making me feel completely calm and stress-free during what could have been a very daunting experience. They were thorough, professional, and clear when explaining my future treatment plans, which gave me so much peace of mind.

To top it off, they even wrote me a prescription for a special toothpaste to help manage my condition, showing how much they genuinely care about their patients' well-being. The entire team made such a difficult day so much easier, and "thank you" honestly doesn’t feel like enough to express my gratitude. Highly, highly recommend Practice In The Park to anyone needing dental care!

Came in to have 12 teeth removed, dentist was very clearly busy and stressed. Didn't get numbed properly and had to give multiple more injections throughout the procedure. For something that was meant to be painless, it was not. Dentist herself was lovely but did made me feel rushed. I however wish to express i think this is much more a reflection on the nhs as a whole, not one single practice. I think this dentist offered the best they could under the circumstances and the NHS is just not capable of supporting England's needs at the moment.

First dental work in over 5 years after finally finding an nhs dentist, after my previous dentist went private. Needed 3 fillings, was a bit apprehensive at having all 3 done at once and injections on three quarters of my mouth. Need not have worried, had all three done in 20 mins and no injections. Sanjeet assured me i didn't need them and shouldn't feel any pain. Easiest dental appointment ever, and i'm 72, so had a few🙂. Highly reccommend the practice, and Sanjeet Kumar in particular.

Highly recommend Practice in the Park dentist and I feel very lucky to be registered here. For someone who detests and fears visiting the dentist, all of the staff, from Dr Chandni Pancholi the receptionists, to assistants and now their current hygienist, are extremely friendly, professional and approachable with this very sensitive subject for a lot of people. I have had some ongoing huge problems of late and they have been so patient and understanding with me, explaining and offering advice and laying out all options and cost implications.
I still don't like visiting the dentist, but that I have no choice, they are by far the only place I feel confident in, and I love the friendly 'human' atmosphere and cannot thank them enough for all of their help.

The staff that phoned me to set up my appointment were incredibly kind and helpful, they gave directions and guided me through the whole process.
The reception staff were polite and very sweet.
The surgeon and nurse where an absolute delight! They made me feel very comfortable and guided me through the entire process (they even suggested a TV programme I'd be interested in while I heal!).

Overall a fabulous experience. I didn't think I'd have fun while having my wisdom tooth out!
