I highly recommend Positive Step for all levels of support when suffering from mental/emotional breakdown. The whole team have been absolutely incredible every step of the way, but especially Ralph ( my therapist/counsellor). I have spent the past 6 months receiving the most fantastic professional support following some unfortunate life events. Ralph has provided infinite amounts of empathy and guidance during this difficult time. I’ve now fully recovered thanks to the team, but would not hesitate to contact again if the help was ever needed.

Manager called Alli (I think) refused to accept a referral from a sister organisation and refused to speak to me. After sister organisation told me referral refused and the referrer had to tell me, I called repeatedly and the manager didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me. Instead, she got the poor receptionist to tell me that she wouldn’t take my call now or ever. I am a service user who has been in hospital 8 times in the last year. Thanks Negative Steps!!!!! Adam

The stepps program is unreal the support you get from the councilors is by far the best i have receieved!
The amount they helped me and pushed me to remember i'm worth being myself and how much better i can handle things!
