This company offered me a position in August, even obtaining a DBS check for me. Three months later I received an email withdrawing the offer, stating they had not been able to contact me , despite them having my telephone number and email address. Luckily in the interim I obtained a far better position, but I would avoid them, as they clearly have no idea how to recruit properly.

Great company to work for due to the value base. best thing i did moving to PIPS after 29yrs working for a local authority provider. I find PIPS to be Person centred. Forward thinking with Invested staff. Excellent training. Supportive management very rewarding place to work.

Worked for the company from 2018-2022 Lack of support, lack of communication, absolute torture to your own mental health, backstabbing staff, was like being in a school playground sometimes. Loved the majority of the staff but others were up their own backsides 99% of the time. Wouldn’t recommend ruining your mental stability like I did 🙂

I found the company disorganised, hypocritical in it's methods of care, team leaders are too busy gossiping and drinking tea to support their staff and they put people on shift without full training (such as the relevant physical intervention and restraints required) or equipment, meaning the service user and other staff were put at risk. I would not recommend anyone work for this company.

Where to begin pips was the most unsupportive place i ever worked for i was assaulted on several occasions no support from management i was made to go to work when I was injured forget about career progression there is none I was told I would not be given the opportunity management would progress thire favourite

My daughter worked 4 months for pips I would not recommend this company to anyone she done her training very supportive with her client but my daughter had no support from her manager senior or staff and no team work I and I have been in the care profession for 34 years znd never have I come across a company like it HR need to get a grip of managers and seniors asap
