I had an absolute awful time with this agency! I waited more than 4 months to get any induction at the hospital as there was no "dates available" which was not true, as people that had their complainace done after me got an induction within a month!
I was constantly chasing up shifts and finding out what was happening, Going back and forth between the staff. What should have been a smooth journey as i have experienced with other agencies! Was absolutely opposite! They also never reply back and you have to be the ones to chase everything, even when i was willing to work again, no reply or answer. Not only did I waste my indemnity money, I wasted time as I only did 2 shifts which were the induction, in a span of 1 year and a bit! Also the umbrella company that they use, did not do their job correctly aswell, as HMRC had to contact me regarding tax! So if you're planning on working with this agency just be mindful.

Positive Healthcare is a unique agency compared to other agencies in the UK. They have excellent and hardworking staff especially my consultant Sydney Haynes, she's exceptional in terms of discharging her duties and very attentive in terms of solving problems and communication has been very good. I met her in person earlier this month at the open day organised by the agency in Bristol and she was very friendly. I will recommend her anytime any day.
