I received support at a time I needed it and my experience with my peer support practitioner was very positive. I felt we addressed together the issues uppermost for me and I found the practitioner validating and empowering. I felt listened to and understood and was given various options and ideas to help me as well as other perspectives to help me focus and reflect. Working with Solent Mind in this way helped me move forward with certain issues.
