I am absolutely grateful for the support and care I was given at Fastmedica! I have no doubts that without the professional help from doctor B. Szymczyk-Halas (infectious diseases specialist), I would have been in a very difficult situation by now. I was correctly diagnosed ,so my treatment has been accurately addressed. At hospital I was considered as a healthy person even though I have had all the symptoms of very much forgotten whooping cough. I am very, extremely grateful for all the help and care given to me over the last two weeks.

I am pleased to say that I have been a patient of Fast Medica for many years now. It is really worth having a consultation with SENIOR SPECIALIST doctor there, particularly nowadays as NHS senior specialist doctor service ( non acute ) practically doesn't exist. I had been seeing ( still am and will be) Dr. Magdalena Czerwinska ( consultant psychiatrist) because of depression that started during lockdown. It went to the stage whereby I wasn't seeing any sense of going out of bed. Now, I am a happy employee, human being, and member of society. The administrative staff are polite, calm, professional, quick, concise and precise- that's what I 👍 👌 💛 really like. Kindest regards Maciek ✨️

I haven't been seen by any doctor - this review is for the receptionist called Marta.
I called her to cancel my visit due to unforeseen circumstances and get my deposit back. I also said not sure when I am gonna make the visit (it is up to me by the way!) She was not particularly understanding or tactful and I had the impression that I am doing something wrong asking for getting my own money back!
To the clinic management - please train your receptionist to be more tactful and helpful as they are the face of your business and may affect potential visit of future customers. Period.

My wife had called for an urgent appointment at around 5-5.30pm, for which she was booked one the following day at 6pm. Our daughter's health had improved and we called to cancel and get the deposit. I was told that the deposit is refunded 24 hours before the appointment. Furthermore, the receptionist I spoke to felt the need to iterate the obvious, and in a condescending manner (with focus on this), that there are other customers that could have had that appointment (something I disliked greatly).

Since parents are naturally worried about the health of their children, when making an urgent appointment, that deposit clause may not be quite obvious (and perhaps not important in the process), however, I find that the receptionist ought to have told my wife, when making the appointment, about it. Otherwise, this lack of professionalism displays poorly on you as a private clinic, because it's just money you are after. You took advantage of a situation when parents were worried (particularly these days), did not mention about the deposit clause, i.e., it can only be refunded 24 hours before the appointment and not less than that, and when the opportunity seized, you just kept it. Not that it was not for you to keep, but you should have mentioned.

I will not recommend your clinic to anyone. You may have good medical staff, but I strongly recommend anyone not to use your services.

The personnel that work in the are so grate they are angels not a humens :), they had menaged to help me with absolutely at an express pace. Very positive feeling from using their services. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

Fast Medica is really fast and took care of my Mum's prescription in emergency Polish standards. They gave us prompt advice, acted extremely fast, and very professional with kindness and understanding. We are very grateful.

We took our son to see dermatologist Dr Ewa Iwan-Chuchla. It took one visit and about 10 days of treatment to solve the problem!!
We have struggled for 4 months and have seen numerous doctors who couldn't help us telling us we have exhausted our options and the only treatment left was a very strong oral medication. After some research we were reluctant to agree to give it to our son as he is only 3 years old. When we came for the visit, doctor explained that the oral treatment would be absolutely last she would recommend because of its potential side effects. We tried creams she suggested and the problem is gone! We could not be happier!!
The whole experience from booking to end result is definitely worth recommending!
