Great service and would recommend. He fit me in at short notice, assessed and dealt with my problem efficiently, he answered any questions I had, I was given a thorough aftercare guide and have had no issues since. The reviews here are laughable and mostly false, the Dr gave a professional service and shouldn't be down rated for not engaging in mindless chit chat. If that's what you are looking for, try a psychiatrist rather than a podiatrist.

Had my surgery done today for ingrowing toe nail.
I was little concerned about recent bad reviews but I must say it was great.
Quick, cheap and overall very good experience.

Very professional and efficient service. Mr Fox did not waste my time on talking about unimportant conversations and completed the procedure quickly and painlessly. Had no issues since the surgery and had no need for any further appointments.

Please go to a different podiatrist if you can. I went to him to two years ago for a feet swelling and pain at irregular intervals, hoping he could help and recommend me something but he was very dismissive and rude the entire appointment. I paid £40-50 to be told I have flat feet and to buy insoles and foot pads which did nothing. Went to see another, referred to me to NHS, who then referred me to a rheumatologist. I can see in his other reviews that he is always condescending and dismissive, maybe he’s always having a bad day

I visited the foot clinic to have a toe nail lasered, which had been causing me some real problems over the last 12 months. I had tried various creams to alleviate the issue, but to no avail and did not want to take tablets as recommended by the doctor, due to side effects. I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Mr Fox, who suggested laser treatment and after two visits, the issue was resolved! I highly recommend this clinic, as the treatment I received was extremely professional. Mr C.F

My daughter attended for an ingrown toenail. We decided to take the surgical option. I found Mr Fox to be totally unapproachable, his personal conduct was appalling and his demeanour made the whole appointment incredibly uncomfortable. I appreciate he has a job to do and that he needs to concentrate and he isn’t there to make friends, however, being a professional isn’t just about your work skills.
When administering the anaesthetic to my daughters toe, I noticed blood coming from the bottom of her toe. It transpires the he had pushed the needle right through her toe, dispensing some of the anaesthetic onto the floor- this only came to light when I got home, my other daughter saw this happen. The actual procedure itself was very painful and Mr Fox instructed my daughter to say if it was painful, which she did. He asked how much and she said very. He continued to work saying he was nearly done and to bare with him. I appreciate this meant he didn’t need to administer any more anaesthetic, however, if the first dose had been administered correctly, this would not have been necessary, nor would the pain my daughter endured.
I am actually very upset that my daughter was put through this as I don’t believe the procedure should have been as painful as it was.
From reading the other reviews and responses, I am very aware that Mr Fox refers to the serious nature of his work to explain how he comes across. This is not an acceptable justification and I would urge people not to choose Mr Fox as their practitioner.

My son had a REALLY bad case of veruccas on his feet. Multiple batches across both feet that were there for over a year before I found out. Home treatment methods failed. We attended an appointment and the doctor was super helpful and reassuring that he could help, he even started the laser treatment there and then, which was not painful (according to my 13 year old son). He said the one treatment might be enough but to come back for another in a few weeks if in doubt. We did, with just 2 treatments both his feet were completely clear within a month, we went back a 3rd time to have this confirmed (no charge). ASTOUNDING! My son is so happy and can continue sports etc without being self conscious of his feet.
I would have been happy to pay hundreds to get this resolved for him.... it cost us £80! Ridiculously cheap.
I would recommend this surgery to everyone and anyone, they know what they are doing and have the right equipment to get things done.
They've also just had a renovation and the premises/surgery are very nice and super clean!
Thank you!

I was in Northampton to visit family and spontaneously popped into the clinic on the way. I was given an appointment at short notice whereby I was added to the end of the scheduled appointments, I was very impressed with the customer service.

The owner Dermot was very professional, he diagnosed my issue and provided the necessary treatment to my complete satisfaction.

I would definitely revisit this clinic in the future and would highly recommend it.
