Rang Bree after my patient couch was stuck in mid-air and unable to move down. She calmly looked to see if it could manually be moved and talked me through what could be wrong. Established it was the switch she swiftly sorted the order to be dispatched same day. Delivery next morning. New switch did the trick and we're back working fully. Great customer service. Highly recommend

Fantastic Experience yet again with Plinth Medical, We ordered a bench but unfortunately had an issue with the headpiece. Once informed (Jason) was fantastic at solving the issue promptly and a replacement was sent out the following week. Excellent experience from beginning to end!

As a tattoo studio, it is amazing to know that we can count on a serious provider of high-quality items and even though we are located in Canada, we always felt the support and assistance that we were expecting.

We can not stress this enough, one of the best purchase experiences that we have ever had!! We ordered 3 Couches, and the delivery time was perfect just like the condition of the bed.
