Please thank Tim and Tiffany for my excellent 15 hour ambulance ride from France to home. They really made it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They were on time, very responsive to my needs, and then had a long journey back to their base, after leaving me off. Wonderful service, and thank you so much.

please pass on the thanks and gratitude of our whole family to Nick and Olly, who visited our Nan, Doris, in Ashford earlier today. I can't fully express how fantastic they were.

kind, caring, warm, friendly, reassuring, calming. utterly professional.

they treated Nan as if she were a member of their own family and having that support when she really needed it was extremely comforting, for her and us.

Nick was fantastic in everything he did, Olly too but a special mention for him putting the blankets on the radiator, so when we got outside at -1°, Nan had warm blankets to put round her.

I cannot thank enough the team of 3 that came all the way to Poland to collect me and repatriate me back to the UK. We travelled from 5am in the morning and took in 6 countries in just 18 hours. I was back home with my family at 22.30 on the same day. The team were so pleasant and helpful to me even though they covered so many miles on their 3 day round trip. It was surreal to see a UK ambulance pull up outside my hotel at 5am in Krakov, but so pleasing and a day I will always remember . Fraser, Mikaela and Kinga (spelling probably wrong!), what a great team you were.

..I was taken home today by Cully and Elaine of platinum ambulance. They were excellent , highly professional, and compassionate. My building is not easy to access for those with mobility issues. They dealt with all problems with great humour. Thank you

Amazing service received by Platinum Ambulance Service.The Team treated our request to transport our very unwell little granddaughter with compassion and sensitivity .They went above and beyond to ensure they got her to her hospital appointment,even though they were given very short notice.Very professional service which I would highly recommend.
