I attended the wound center in June 2024 for my feeding tube stoma site that had hypergranulation . I would like to say a big thank you to all involved in my care, you did a fantastic job in curing my wound, you were very friendly and made me feel at ease all the time You were brilliant. This was my first time visiting the clinic..what a lovely practice..friendly staff , very caring, parking right next to clinic . They have a lift to get you to your floor.
I was very impressed..I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone needing lymphoedema treatment..I was nervous as it was my first time. They were fantastic..

All the staff here are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable about wounds, ulcers and healing. I highly recommend that when your referred here you listen and do as your advised to do. There is stairs and a lift up to the 1st floor, with plenty of seating on both levels.

Pioneer have been wonderful, kind, caring and so reassuring in looking after me and the treatment of my injury. In particular nurses Liz, Laura, Will and Angharad, and the student nurses have been superb! I recommend them highly and the reception staff are very helpful and friendly too!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Plenty of wheelchair parking and fully accessible wheelchair access. Lift a variable for second floor. Fully accessible rooms. Toilets with disabled also.
