Called today to have a word with my doctor, I asked the receptionist to arrange a call back. She said she felt hurt and offended and upsetting that I didn't want to explain to her about my situation and refused to make me an appointment. She said she was not medically trained and therefore I was not willing to share with her my situation. She put me In a position where I now have to seek advice elswhere.
I was not rude I just wanted to talk to a doctor, but her feelings were obviously more important than my health.

Refused my partner an appointment because he wished to keep his issue private. Literally said she found it upsetting he wouldn't tell her the details. He wasn't rude. When were a receptionist's feelings more important than a patient's wellbeing? I can understand if someone is offensive or rude but this situation is absolutely unacceptable.

"Can't book appointments in advance" what? why? I'm unable to book in "as close to 8 as possible" and have been told I need to see the GP by 111, how many people do not get the help they need because of this awful system I wonder? This would be inconvenient if it were anything else, but this is literally a doctor's surgery.

Been with this surgery for a number of years now and i can honestly say they have been brilliant with me, I do suffer with my health and they are always there to support me, The Ask My GP on whole works very effectively and i always get a response within good time, No negative comments at all,

Persistently stopping my medication I been taking for years for re approval without saying or informing me causing my health to suffer badly but when it's anything to do with flu or covid they will offer it without hesitation and won't stop spamming my phone they also gave me full access to somebody else medical records and whenever you call them for anything they will always ask you to use their online service which doesn't work properly most of the time because your to much of an inconvenience for them to deal with they just want you out the way ASAP so they can move onto the next person who they also want gone ASAP.

Just turned up to get mum a Covid Jab at 13:23 Saturday that was appointed on the phone, & the Surgery is closed. How stunningly useless (even by NHS standards) would give MINUS 5 if I could.

Total shambles of a clinic. Doctors are beyond unwilling to help anyone. The receptionists are shocking. When you call it ASKS you not TELLS you to use ask my gp (which takes hours for a reply) and then if you can’t use it, to speak to reception. I went through to speak to reception and was told because I have internet and a working phone I can use ask my gp despite speaking to someone who I assume is more than capable of booking an appointment. When I asked what they do for ANYONE unable to use the app, she said they would then take appointments over the phone. Always lovely to have a receptionist just automatically assuming things about you. This place needs to be shut down. Every time I need to use the doctors services they “provide” I dread it because I know it’s hell on earth every single time.

The GPs here are so unwilling to help. Also had them giving me their personal opinion on why they wouldn't take things instead of the actual reason they are given. SOME of the GPs here are so arrogant. This is definitely the worst gp practice there is. Only had to change to this one because I moved out of area. Almost have absolutely no idea what's going on and like all the reviews say its like the doctors are uninterested and unqualified! It's bazaar! Dr Timms and Adam Hounslea need to run. They are far too good for this place. Caring, helpful, supportive. If you need to see anyone when your struggling. Go straight to these two.
