Would like to send my gratitude to the wonderful team who cared for me during my recent stay following my hip surgery,
not limited to, but including:

-Mr Singh - anesthetist - a real top guy, made me feel very comfortable.
-Consultant Surgeon Mr Tai - went above and beyond to fulfill my requests, regardless of the complexity involved. A genuinely nice man and an excellent surgeon.
-The beautiful ward clerk Jacqui, who booked me in,
- The utterly gracious (and utterly gorgeous) Karen - (my secret fav.🩵),
-Nusa, the endearing Brazilian senhora from theatre, who looked after me when I came around,
- The physio's Liz and Sarah,
-The charming catering girls (it wasnt just the food 🤭),
- The beautiful, and incredibly sweet pharmacist Clare,
- Nurses; Caroline, Helen, Ron, Jullette - 'the best a man can get', 'Shauna - from Guyana',
lovely Hannah (bank / agency), the wonderfully amiable Kiwi - Vanessa, and last, but far from least,
Jermaine - the absolute gentleman.

I can honestly say these are some of the most cheerful, positive, professional, helpful and kind natured hospital staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Cannot recommend enough.

There was also a lovely nurse who booked me in on the 9th. I'm unable recall her name, but remeber commenting on her stunning teeth, to which she replied she'd had invisilines done recently. So thanks to you also.

The name Charlotte rings a bell, but that may have been another nurse..

I had a great experience with Pinehill hospital I had my biopsy done there on the 12/11/24 and all of the staff from receptionists nurses consultants and all other staff were unbelievable. The last two months I have being attending for appointments it as been a pleasure. Thank you very much.

The care I received at Pinehill Hospital was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, to my ankle surgery, the aftercare treatment and physiotherapy, everything was handled brilliantly and efficiently. The staff were professional, compassionate, and made sure I fully understood my injury and treatment plan. The hospital was exceptionally well run, organised, and I felt well taken care of at every step. I’m grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend Pinehill as the place to go!

The care I received from reception to the ward and theatre was absolutely outstanding. My lovely male nurse who spent a lot of time with me was so friendly helpful and all round a fantastic nurse plus the other lovely nurses were exeptional too and so kind. They couldn’t do enough for me. The procedure went well and Dr Emmanuel was informative right from the start and took his time explaining everything. Totally professional with theatre banter which made the whole process so easy. Thank you so much absolute stars. Kay Grimwood .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this private hospital. Despite paying a significant amount of money, the service was far below acceptable standards.

First, I had to wait 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for the doctor. When I finally saw her, I felt completely unlistened to and rushed through the consultation. I left feeling like I hadn’t even had the chance to explain everything.

The doctor carried out tests that I had already done elsewhere and didn’t inform me about the cost—something she was supposed to do as per the confirmation letter. I received my receipt from the doctor’s private company, not the hospital itself. When I communicated with them via email, they were eager to assist and assured me they would send the receipt if I needed it. But once I paid, all communication stopped. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, sending 4–5 emails, but there’s been no response.

Even after we complained via email, we never heard back.
It’s frustrating, especially given the amount I paid, as you’d expect better service.

The reception staff was nice and friendly, but as for the rest—no comments. I would not recommend this place. Avoid!

I am pleased to say that the services I received as an outpatient at Pinehill Hospital Hitchin during 2023/2024 for a variety of health related matters were excellent and of consistent high quality. In particular, I was impressed by the professionalism and care of both consultants and administration staff before, during and after my consultations, the ease of making and amending appointments, the helpfulness of staff and the quality of clinical investigations and treatments. I unreservedly recommend Pinehill Hospital to any patient who requires private health services from a provider based in the Hertfordshire area.

I recently had aquablation surgery on my enlarged prostate and enjoyed a very positive experience at Pinehill. I was extremely impressed by the care given by Professor Vasdev and his team. For all of my appointments I was seen on time and dealt with very professionally. My two night stay was fine and a special mention about the high quality food provided. All of this on the NHS, but delivered very well by Pinehill.

No one wants to go to hospital. But when you do, Pinehill is my go to whenever possible. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The facilities are clean.

Most recently I was in for a day appointment and was setup in a private room and given good food.

Thank you to the staff for looking after me and reassuring me. Greatly appreciated.
