Working along side Pinches and seeing the amazing work and opportunities they give to people, Wether that be supporting with in businesses or supporting young people get into work. Introducing nature and hobbies to people who need some incentive and some confidence is just so great to have witnessed. The projects put in place are fantastic for people struggling with confidence to get out there and work, it gives drive and knowing they have that guidance and support makes the world of difference especially in the world we live in today and the pressures. Pinches is truly a breath of fresh air to see in or modern society. The people running and supporting this amazing trust are making huge differences to people’s lives and it’s very heartwarming to see.

Working with in education and seeing the struggles of young people trying to make it in this harsh world and then being introduced to Pinches well what can I say. This trust is life saving. Many people face difficulties and having someone to turn to unfortunately isn’t an option for everyone. Pinches gives people this option and they go above and beyond for people struggling, people who have lost their way, people who have faced loss they are there to help EVERYONE. Helping people into work, getting people outside and in the fresh air with nature. It’s truly outstanding and amazing what these people do day to day, and hearing people’s journeys and what they have accomplished with Pinches support is eye opening thank you for all you do.

Having quite recently got involved with Pinches Retreat and subsequently making some good friends, the work being done there is quite incredible.

Given its size, it is an absolute haven for wildlife and working with the Pinches Team, myself and colleagues have placed a number of nest boxes around the vast site. These have proved very successful with some scarce species adopting and breeding in them.

It is a stunning place, if you ever want to get back to nature, this is it.
