Amaizing! I have back conditon where my seases up and pain was 100 out of 10. Went to see Shrutica and she got all the inflammation down and helped me so much. I can move again and pain went down to a 4 out of 10 after 7 treatments. I highly recommend her to people who need back pain relief. She is professional and makes u feel at ease. U walk in, in pain and leave realfed and feeling better than u have in ages. Totally worth going to see her. Best physio Iv been seen.

Really disappointed with my first and now only session on physiotherapy. A number of things:

1. She lacked knowledge of some basic questions I had on what was causing my back pain after initial assessment done. Maybe she knew but clearly couldn't explain it well enough.
2. Did not explain the root cause or diagnosis and went straight to treatment options with poor knowledge on how her treatment plan would actually help.
3. A 10:30 appointment and she's yawning in my face as I explain symptoms. Sheer lack of professionalism and concern. It's not like it was a 6 am appointment.
4. Proposed electrotherapy but when I asked what that entails the response was along lines of you'll see on the day (are you kidding me?)
5. Worst of all during my physical assessment of lower back pain she exerted extremely strong force and pushed extremely hard on my upper back trying to crack the joints and somehow fix the issue. It was an all sudden thrust without any warning which took me by surprise and has actually made my pain even worse and furthermore extended the pain to upper back now.

I think that is enough to guide someone to stay away. Waste of a session with added stress and pain.

I had to undergo number of physiotherapy sessions after serious injuries n was suffering from severe chest and back pain. I was extremely satisfied with the treatments. She was absolutely brilliant, well experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
