I required physio following a cycling injury. Olivia assessed my injury and offered a plan to help with my recovery. I had four appointments and have been very pleased with my progress. Olivia gave me advice on relevant exercises to improve my shoulder, which I will continue to practice for the next few months. A positive experience and would highly recommend this practice.

I had a series of six sessions with Olivia relating to a knee issue. After examination, she set me exercises which really strengthened my knee and greatly reduced the discomfort and mobility issues. I am more than satisfied with the help received from Tracey on my recent visits. Tracey located the source of the problem and gave loads of advice on rehab and ongoing back care. The online excercises were a huge help too as they act as an illustration and reminder of advice given at the session.

I came with a shoulder/neck injury hoping to get some treatment such as a deep tissue message as I have had in other previous physiotherapy clinics but unfortunately 5-10 min quick message and a few exercises and folked out £60 and I am still in pain. I would not advise to come to this place. Service was good but treatment was poor.
