I would not hesitate to recommend Xanine. She's a great physiotherapist. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring. She has successfully treated a variety of problems I've had for a number of years and on her recommendation I finally saw an Orthopaedic Surgeon. I first visited Xanine after I had broken my shoulder falling on ice. I rather naively thought that a decent standard of physio would be available from the NHS but this was far from the case. Throughout many sessions Xanine has been both friendly and professional and no amount of “online” physio would ever have had the effect of proper manipulation.

I have no doubt that had I not received the professional care of Xanine I would have lost at least partial use of my right arm. As it is I am back to normal with full movement.

I will never be able to thank Xanine enough for that.

I Highly recommend Xanine Without doubt her expertise is helping me to regain mobility and balance after foot surgery, involving partial amputation, also strengthening exercises on my upper body, required after three spinal fractures. If you want tea and sympathy plus wrapping in cotton wool then you are in the wrong place. But if you want to get your life back then make the call .

I went to see Xanine on Thursday and it was a great treatment and a pleasure to meet Xanine. I found the treatment really effective. By the end of the session I had relief from my very stiff and painful neck issues. The receptionist is really lovely and efficient too and the place is spotless. I'm one happy customer and would be very happy to be treated by Xanine again.

I found Physiotherapy Health Solutions in Gorleston very professional and they helped me with a severe pain in my left leg after a fall. Indu a physio at the practise put me right over a few appointments. Highly recommend !
