I've given 2 stars for the friendly receptionist and the nurse that was with me during my appointment. She was friendly and kind. However the gynecologist I saw was rude and dismissive. She basically didn't care and I don't feel that she did anything different to a normal doctor. I questioned why I was getting the pain then and she just shrugged and said it could be nerve issues. I felt she fobbed me off and really didn't care. I left deflated. She was so unprofessional, my husband sat with her and she was reading the next appointments details. This just shows how I was being rushed and not interested in. He could tell me the next patient's name age and what the problem was. I feel this appointment was just a tick box to get me off the waiting list.

I had a colonoscopy here, I've had several in the past and not this 1 I had here but the 1 I had at the Grange was like been tortured, that time i had a dbl camera 1up 1 down I opted for the down 1st, I was in agony despite been given fentanyl and medazolam also I wish I had them the other way then at least you can get some gas an air in before they block your throat with the camera.Anyway I screamed through both procedures.
When I came to white rose I was apprehensive and a nervous wreck,but the procedure was painless nearly, a few eees an owwws but it was a hell of a lot better at phoenix, I'm not sure if the starting on gas an air helped as I couldn't the time prior due to the camera in throat, so there either better staff or it was a case I was more relaxed this time. Now I have to come back for the 1 down my throat but I don't understand why so many negative comments when it went well for me x

I went here for a colonoscopy today. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Dr Khetan and all his team were brilliant from start to finish.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Had to cancel an endoscopy appointment because they could not/ would not supply the pre procedure prep medication in time for the appointment.

The disabled parking bays result in a fine via cameras for using over 2 hours ...the appointment was for 3 1/2 hours with anaesthetic....thanks for 70£ fine
