This care company is amazing. We were lucky enough to be able to change from an inadequate care provider to Phoenix, and WOW!! what a difference it has made.
We now have regular visits, at regular times and all care needs are met... And so much more than that.
The carers have all been so kind and thoughtful with my mother-in-law, its made a positive difference to her and us.
They've arranged extra things like automating medication deliveries, and have been happy to help with other things too.
Our mother-in-law lives a distance from us so its been a god send to have trust in what they are providing - a stark contrast to the previous company.
Tracy has been amazing too, helping to arrange a smooth transition, and they all deserve medals.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company, they seem to treat the staff well and understand how to run an effective and efficient care service. Thank you all

UPDATE Apr 2022: We are still really happy with this company, we've had consistency in carers, and the care they provide is great. So the service they provided initially wasn't just a special effort, it was their standard level of service!

Of course there have been a few different carers over time, but their system is well updated and detailed in instruction, so even carers coming in for the first time know what they are doing and can get on with their job.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

When we could no longer provide the care nanny needed I called upon Phoenix Care. It was hard to believe someone would give nanny the same level of care that we as a family would, or make sure that with her dementia she would be treated like the amazing lady she truly was and with the care and attention she deserved. But from day one I couldn’t be more impressed. Phoenix care treated nanny so professionally, yet personally with love, care and, most importantly, with dignity. It was so nice to be able to finally relax, without guilt, knowing that nanny was in the safest hands. Their expertise not only brought to our attention other areas of her health that needed addressing, swifter than we would have noticed as lay people, but also helped us understand how simple things could affect her behaviour, that we hadn’t known about before...it helped explained so many things. As a result of the care she received we managed to keep nanny at home for much longer than expected, which brought peace of mind to us all as nanny was clearly happy in her own home. I can’t say enough great things about the support, understanding and excellent care received from this company. It is run by a lady who clearly makes the people she cares for her top priority. I can’t commend this company enough.
