I went to see Kelly for laser hair removal. From the free initial consultation to the treatment itself, Kelly was friendly and highly professional. She was very thorough in understanding my personal needs and she is obviously very knowledgeable. She was very clear about the likely effect of treatment given hair and skin colour and the safest and most effective options for you personally. She was also very helpful in discussing some possible thread vein treatment for a relative of mine. In regards to the laser hair treatment itself, she made the whole process very comfortable. The clinic is immaculately clean. I have waited 10 days after the treatment to post this so that I can also comment on the outcome of the treatment. It's been highly effective! I would highly recommend anyone interested in laser hair removal to visit Kelly

I have just had my second treatment of laser hair removal and am very impressed with the results. The clinic is spotlessly clean and Kelly is very reassuring and professional.

I’ve had a consultation with Kelly, regarding hyper-pigmentation issues that I’ve suffered since entering my 40’s… in true reflection of her knowledge, professionalism and integrity; she has suggested a method of treatment, but only once I’ve had a few weeks backs from holiday, and have had the option to rest my skin from the sun. From the time I entered the clinic and the thorough consultation that I had I knew I had made the right choice. Kelly was so knowledgeable about the Seborrheic Keratosis that I wanted removed from my back that I couldn’t wait for her to get started on the removal.
