I come here often for my pets food and I have to say I experience a negative experience each time. The young girl on the till is extremely pushy when it comes to using a VIP Card and appears very offended when I tell her I don’t have one and don’t want to use one. After I politely say no thank you she then refuses to say please or thank you again as if I’ve offered her for not using a VIP CARD.

I visited a pet store today, but the staff engaged in forced tie-in sales, insisting that we had to purchase additional items in order to buy the guinea pig. When we refused, they ordered us to leave. This practice is unacceptable and should be investigated.

I bought the " in car booster seat " and it's full of dog hairs ,I guess it's been sold before? Hope that the first owner didn't have anything contagious.

Had excellent service today both in-store and in the groom room. The store was tidy and well maintained, staff were friendly at the tills and opened a new till quickly to help with the queues.

My two labradors love visiting as they always get a fuss and some treats. They were treated very kindly by the groom room and came out clean and happy.
