Visited today at around 5pm, was asked by three different friendly staff members if we needed help today, one of which was Leslie who proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes with us fitting a harness, advising on dog food and cat dental products, the best customer service I have received in years, staff on check out where also super friendly and helpful, store was clean tidy and well stocked we got everything we came for. very pleasant experience thank you pets at home Great Yarmouth

they'll gladly sell you there pets and cages no problem, we got a cage for 2 gerbils they recommended a clear plastic bottomed one ( it was massive far too big ), put the amount of sawdust in they said to and all other bits and bobs then as we went to lift it we heard a cracking noise from underneath, a crack from the moulded spot in the center running diagonally to the corners, I went to take it back for an exchange and the 2 male staff I dealt with with my granddaughter were rude said we had purposely damaged it or dropped it, when my 10yr old granddaughter said nanny and grandad just lifted it he sternly said no they didn't they've damaged it and we won't replace it making her start crying, so with that we left and won't return, disgraceful attitude and service from a once highly trusted and often used store.

Eveytime we have been in here the staff are so nice and helpful. Today we went in for new harnesses and I was struggling on the floor with fitting and a lovely lady (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, she had a high ponytail and glasses) came to ask if I needed help and she helped fit both puppies. She was so lovely, and is a credit to your store. Thank you.

Only popped in for adog toy, but straight away we were acknowledged by a member of staff. The shop was very clean and tidy. I did think the prices were a touch high but apart from that a great place

Needed an extendable lead for my pup- they had a really helpful display showing the different sizes and lengths etc- the lady was really canny and helpful getting one for us and serving us 🙂 would visit again- lovely store. The lead is lovely quality!
