This facility falls short of the standards expected of a healthcare clinic or GP surgery.

There is a consistent lack of respect for appointment times, with patients often being expected to accommodate delays that extend beyond working hours.

I have experienced over six appointment cancellations due to staff shortages, and even when I was granted an emergency appointment, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without being attended to, ultimately forcing me to leave without receiving care.

It is concerning that the clinic appears to operate under the assumption that all patients are pensioners with flexible schedules. This lack of consideration for working individuals raises serious questions about the clinic’s ability to provide accessible and efficient healthcare services.

For the past 3 times I've tried to get repeat prescriptions, it has been delayed, I have to call up several times to remind them each time. There is a lady on the receptionist in the afternoons, that sounds quite emotionally unstable, she puts on this dramatic victimised voice and asks me if i know why the prescriptions are delayed, and I say to her, quite calmly but also confused 'uh, no, i don't work there, i'm a patient,' then she says, 'she doesn't know why it's been delayed but they will call you', it seems like she is not really present in reality, it is quite concerning. It is very disappointing, I will be changing GP surgeries, quickfast!

If I could leave no stars I would.
The receptionists are rude and do not care to help you when they know they can.
Doctors barely care to listen to you, hurry you out of an appointment and leave handling everything to the last second, not even giving a thought that their job is to help us when we so desperately need it.
Never as a patient, have I felt so neglected!
Careless and unbothered is the word I would use to describe this poorly run GP.
Do yourselves a favour and dont even bother with this place.

Dr Koye is an amazing GP. i have been her patient since 2004 and she has provided me and my family with amazing care. She always follows up with tests and ensures the right interventions are always done in a timely fashion. She is meticulous with her care. She always goes above and beyond with her care.

The most disgusting receptionist on the phone absolutely disrespectful to people with anxiety. I have always come in time to appointments however my sister had went for the first time on her own with anxiety waited an hour the lady saw her sitting there and priceeded to tell her after her appointment passed she cannot see a doctor! They need to sort out their GP it’s always had issues no sort of compassion nor respect whenever you try book they never have spaces! I suggest a different Gp

Made a telephone consultation at 9am and spoke to the receptionist explaining the symptoms that my daughter was experiencing, I was called same day at around 11am by Dr Koye, the Doctor gave a thoughtful consultation and gave helpful advice and next steps to take, arranging for blood test the same day and she prescribed medication for one month regarding the acid reflux my daughter was having! Receptionists are always generally helpful too and you don't have to wait long when you email enquiries/requests to them.
The other doctors in the practice are also very experienced and thorough in their advice for various symptoms that we have had in previous years from what my family has experienced!
