I had an appointment with dental implant surgeon Dr Shahrzad Jeffery today to extract a fractured tooth and I cannot praise her enough. I was worried about the extraction but I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing (the nicest tooth extraction I have ever experienced). She was extremely professional and caring throughout the procedure, and is a genuinely kind and lovely person. I cannot thank her enough and I highly recommend her.

Excellent dentist.. The reception team are lovely and very welcoming which is always a great start. I needed a filling and Dr Davia and her dental assistant were brilliant from start to finish.. They made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the room and I left very pleased with the treatment i needed.
The whole team are 100% professional in every way that matters. I couldnt have been any more satisfied with the service yesterday.. 'Thank you .'

Saw Laura the dentist today to replace a crown. She is so lovely whilst being professional. I’m a nervous patient and she really puts me at ease. I’ve been a patient at Vicars Cross about 25 years and the practice has grown incredibly in that time. But the caring professionalism remains excellent. Reception team are so busy but always appear patient and efficient. Thanks once again Team Vicars Cross Dentist I would highly recommend you all.

I had been going to Vicars Cross dental practice for years, and was very happy with the service provided. my last two visits were not good. The dentist was highly patronising and unhelpful. the reception team were no better. At the end of every visit i would pay the total balance (as per their policy), They mischarged me and didn't take the correct sum. I received a phone call demanding the outstanding balance. no problem i said, please let me know what it was for, as i should not have been able to go into arrears, due to me paying at the end of every single visit.

some weeks went passed and I was contacted out of the blue by a debt collection agency that had been appointed by the practice.

I called to discuss this with them, I was informed that I was no longer a patient there. I complained about my treatment and they were really unhelpful. they were really unhelpful and condescending towards me. i could not recommend them anymore as their quality of service is an embarrassment and completely unprofessional. I give two stars instead of one due to the quality of service they used to offer.

That, and that I now know that the collective noun for a Karen is a complaint.

Never a good experience here, seems to have a very high turnover of dentists as never get the same one for more than 2 appointments and they’ve moved on somewhere else.
Had a crown fitted that has never felt great and even when I complained I got fobbed off.
