My Grandad had live in carers from this company for around 18/24 months! I was also his second carer doing x3 visits a day!
We've had numerous problems from wrong medication being given, so I had to shut it all away also carers eating my grandads food, but in October I went round for the evening visit found the house in darkness and my grandad was shouting from his bed (he was bedbound) so I then tryed to call for the carer with no answer, to which I went upstairs the carer was slumped in a chair passed out drunk! I found x3 empty bottles of whiskey down the side of his bed!
So carers was changed,
Unfortunately my grandad passed away end of November at home!
The carer notified the company and they said ask the family when they want to release you! To which we said he can leave!
I assumed the company would call me later, but almost 2 weeks later I have heard absolutely nothing from said company who cared for my grandad for almost 2 years!!
Which I think is absolutely disgusting, I have also complained to councils/safeguarding
ect!
I hope these never care for anyone else's family members!
No care is there Unfortunately they just do the job for money and to get sponsorship to be able to bring there family's to the UK! Disgusting, and it shouldn't be allowed!!

Perfect Call have provided carers for our Mother at home for the last 15 months, since being in hospital and suffering a debilitating stroke. I cannot recommend her team of carers more highly. They are professional and well presented and always patient, kind and cheerful. The carers have carried out all duties to the highest standards and go above and beyond to ensure all of Mum's specific needs are met. We are very lucky to have this level of support from our care team. Well done !
