Terrible services with no one answering the phones, they takes ages to get back to you and often make mistakes with payments which results in my staff been paid late.

In my view, Should be stripped of their contract and people should be supported by good organisation that understands the responsibilities of supporting disabled people to manage their own care.

Absolute shambles. Awful website and systems. It is impossible to log in to the different portals.
Payroll also takes too long to set up. No one seems to know what they're doing. Different teams don't appear to talk to each other. I've had to chase so much and correct so much. It's been extremely distressing dealing with Pendrals. They have caused so much unnecessary stress. The whole business needs an overhaul of processes and systems.
The people working for Pendrals seem to want to help but it seems nothing has been set up well and there is a lack of explanation of the process and legalities of becoming an employer. They really need to rethink their onboarding process and set out a better process. Extremely disappointed with this charity. They get paid by the council to do an appalling job, wasting taxpayer money.

wouldn't give one star but cant go forward without giving star.

I currently having these jokers sorting out my payments. Yes I say jokers and that is being very polite as this is the 2nd month running they have screwed up my payments and have left me losing £342.90p a month on my universal credit. They are really bad as they say they going to do one thing when contacted either by phone or email but guess what they dont they do the complete opposite to what they say. I am owed £685.80p now and someone has got to be held accountable. I have rang and left messages twice to be rang back but nope no return call well lets see if they do reply now not happy person

Awful, neglectful, their time keeping is so bad that they took *checks watch* 5 months to sort out speaking to me since I was assigned to them.
Then it took them a month to send me paper work, between that month, my so called advisor kept leaving the office for days at a time, and this is the 3rd time they've sent the paper work, only for it to not turn up.
Basically, they faily to post you crucial information to sign up, and you can be with them for literally 6 months and STILL not be set up so that you can start getting PAs.
Bare in mind this is happening to me during a pandemic, so I'm left without vital care support, thanks to their laziness, poor planning, poor understanding and ultimately poor urgency and care for vulnerable people.

I would not trust them to look after you or your loved ones.

They are absolutely useless.
I found my advisor nice to speak to on the phone, but I'm not here to have a phone buddy, I'm a client who has been with them for 6 months and during that time been left to rot without support while they dare to take money and be paid for this neglect.

Disgusting.

These guys are total cowboys sucking up government cash and giving a terrible service in return. I wouldn't trust them with a single pound.

AVOID if you want your staff paid on time. Constant issues and it’s impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. Worst service ever. Should be ashamed on themselves.

Avoid this company, they do not care about staff working on their behalf.....they do not respond to telephone calls, Emails or messages left on answer machines. Unprofessional individuals that would benefit from customer care education.
