Lovely receptionist Ajit. I couldn’t go to the GP to get my sick note. So sent my sister to get it for and he kindly asked me for my consent to hand it over to her. Shows that they care about the patient’s personal information. Thank you Ajit

Dr P Mehta and her team at the practice are excellent, the whole team is welcoming and professional. Appointments are made promptly and on the same day if needed. I feel genuinely cared for during my recent visit.
The reception staff are invaluable, thanks Ajit and Heena, always going out of your way to.
The team has been looking after us for over 30 years.

Male reception staff is not humble to me and i experienced the same thing for 2 times in 1 year when i had conversations on call and face to face. Dr. Are good but sometimes they don't have enough courage to console the patient, but male reception staff is not good at this place he gives good respect to some and not given proper answer to some people. As NHS person if they want respect they should give respect to patient and relatives.

Amazing members of staff , called them for emergency appointment was seen by the GP straight away . GP did thorough examination and gave good advice . Reception staff are amazing especially the gentle man and lady with glasses. Thank you so much all.
