Unfortunately I cannot recommend this pharmacy at the moment. They are very short staffed and don't have the staff or the time to fulfil all their commitments. I arrived early for my appointment for one of the services which they offer, prominently advertised in the entrance area, and that I had booked weeks earlier. I waited in a long queue to be able to speak to the only person serving customers. There seemed to be several staff members visible behind the scenes.Eventually I phoned the pharmacy from my place in the queue, so that I could find out where to go to be seen in time for my appointment. I had to phone twice before anyone answered the phone. I was directed to the consultation room only to discover that the room had been double booked and that my appointment would not be taking place. Part of the problem seems to be an inefficient online booking system and a desk diary that is not used properly, even though my appointment had been correctly noted there. My previous appointment was also cancelled but at least, on that occasion, I was phoned by a member of staff before I left home, to tell me not to attend, albeit on the day itself. The pharmacy is a vital resource for the community and should be better managed.

Nice, helpful staff, pleasant service but but BUT SLOOOOW. Even with regular, pre-ordered prescription I had to wait every time.
The process was to order, wait 2 days (now 5) then collect. No, didn't happen.
I would order, leave the required time, usually longer, but my medication was never ready.
First queue to tell them what you were there for then wait again while they made up my package (which they were supposed to have already done). The last time took over 40 minutes for something that should have been waiting for me to pick up.
Needless to say, that was the final insult - never again. I now use one of the online services. Hassle-free, no queuing, runs like clockwork, tablets delivered to my door.

Visit here a few times a year as needs must etc, but i went in yesterday for a repeat prescription and everyone was working incredibly hard under what was evidently a lot of pressure. Pharmacies have been taking increasing workload in place of people attending GP's for minor ailments more recently and they clearly are trying to do their best here with no additional resources. Credit to you all, you seem to work really well as a team and support each other, which is good to see. Thanks so much for all you do.

There is no urgency to serve people who also have busy schedules. Management looks on while the one counter staff member has prolonged personal conversations with customers they know personally and seem oblivious to the needs of waiting customers

I am not one for leaving feedback especially if it is negative. My wife is diabetic and every two months she orders her repeat prescription online (as advised by the Dr's and Murrays to save admin etc) and every time I go in to collect they never have any record of it. If the system doesn't work don't force people to use it. Unfortunately it becomes an increasingly frustrating experience every time I have to collect from them, then all of a sudden after 10 minutes of standing at the counter arguing the toss with them they miraculously find it. The service here could send a man around the bend and then best of all you get no apology for the complete incompetence that you have just received. A 1 star review is too generous.

Categorically do not use this pharmacy.
Having used it regularly for over 5 years, I can honestly say it is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used.
Apart from the lack of customer focus, from the moment you enter the premises, not a single person behind the counter even raises a head.
Not a single greeting, or a gesture to say they’ll be with you in a moment.
Always first to blame the customer, even when the mistakes are clearly theirs. An apology is the very last gesture….
Even when wrong (yes wrong) medicine is despatched.
Even when out of date medication is despatched. (indeed, past best before date).

My wife and I made these mistakes the final straw.
We now use Bridgnorth Pharmacy in low town.
A pharmacy that is indeed a credit to the town.
Friendly, helpful, incredibly efficient and a perfect example of how a pharmacy should be….in fact any retail, customer service driven business. We’ll done to them…..use them, and do not use Murrays !!!!!
You will not regret your choice.

Totally useless. Poorly managed. Needs serious attention and the management need to be replaced.

Bottom line- incapable of dealing with repeat prescriptions ordered by the online system from the doctor's surgery in the same building!

Short story- unreliable in the extreme, suggest you go elsewhere, we now have!

Long story: repeat prescription for modified formula for my cow's milk intolerant daughter on repeat prescription, last straw was today- failed to order for the 5th time (non consecutive but in the 3 months or so we have been getting it through them), they stated that we had not ordered since 8.5 and yet we have a receipt of the prescription order for 13.5 When we checked yesterday (4th time they failed to order) told prescription was there but hadn't been ordered but would be for today. Has now disappeared off their system overnight!
