Don’t bother with the pharmacist in the back office if you need practical health advice. She completely disregarded my symptoms like I was making them up and was very dismissive. Went to Boots instead and was treated with kindness and dignity - the staff in Boots were actually helpful and I was actually able to get the prescription I needed!

Its sad to say this chemist use to be amazing , but its a shame how much it has changed. I understand your under alot of pressure, but so are most of the country in one way or another. And if you work somewhere and cant be polite, helpful and sympathetic towards customers you shouldn't be working there. Their is definitely one lady who needs training on this, the lady with short white hair is so abrupt , unhelpful and makes you feel like your wasting her time. If you go to a shop and are polite, surely you should be treated the same by the staff.

Went in today to pick up my prescription.
I was greeted straight away & my medication handed to me.
I had a query which was dealt with straight away & I was offered a blood pressure check. ☺️
I have been using Paydens for years & always feel so well looked after.
Thank you to everyone that works in Paydens.

Not happy with pharmacy that was in this Saturday 29.06.24 . Refused my son his urgent medication from 111. She said I don't have access to your account.
You don't need it ! 111 have sent you an email. He also showed you his letter from the his psychiatrist.
What is wrong with this people. You can't mess with someones medication
Absolutely applaud by her actions .

Most useless rude pharmacist! Do not go here if you need help. Should be reported to the NHS for lack of support

I am a patient at bridgeside surgery. Went into paydens hailsham today as accidentally left my inhaler at home. I explained to the lady behind the counter that I could barely breathe and asked if an emergency inhaler could be provided. They have all my details on their system I've been in there numerous times. A phone call to my GP would have approved my request. She declined. Surely as they handle my prescription and she could clearly see I was struggling to breathe. She could have helped. Instead she told me to dial 111.
What an awful experience 😢

Brilliant chemist. I transferred from another due to bad experiences. This pharmacy has always been fantastic, but even more so during such difficult times. Even under such pressure they have stayed friendly, helpful and consistently providing a safe environment for staff and customers alike. All staff members have always gone out of their way to help myself and family members, always so lovely to talk to. Many thanks to all of you, especially for your hard work during a global pandemic.

The pharmacists at Paydens are absolutely brill, they always give practical advice and are extremely knowledgeable. It is a much friendly are efficient service than phoning up the local GP for minor issues (and allows the GPs to focus on those with more pressing problems). The shop is well stocked and they do lovely displays.
