I was advised of Dr Nadira Awal by a fellow menopause warrior via Facebook menopause group. I decided to take the plunge and book a consultation with her as I have been struggling with this journey for 2 years.

Had a lovely informative and calming chat with her over my challenges. She explained an awful lot to me, made me understand what I'm up against. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. Her recommendations were just what I needed and hopefully my GP will take on board her recommendations and I will start to feel a lot better.

Speaking to someone who actually listens to you and your needs was very welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help and guidance.

Today I invested in myself by speaking with Dr Nadira. This was the best decision I have made in a long time. She listened, advised and was thorough throughout the whole consultation. We need more people like her because peri menopause can hit you like a bus and it can feel rather lonely. However Dr Nadira radiates empathy and has an abundance of knowledge which put my overthinking mind at ease.
I m so glad I got in touch - she’s fab and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I have been suffering with menopausal symptoms for so long, I knew I needed to get some professional help, because unfortunately my GP wasn't helping whatsoever. I found Dr Nadira during a Google search, read the reviews and thought right, I really need to give this a go, because I simply cannot carry on feeling the way I do. I booked an appointment, and honestly, she was absolutely amazing. Very passionate and genuinely cared. She prescribed me a prescription for the medication I should be taking, and emailed it over to my GP. Even though my GP prescribed me the wrong items, Dr Nadira sorted it out straight away. Absolutely amazing. Collected my prescription today, so im yet to get it started, but I know if it isn't the right prescription for me, Dr. Nadira will help me until I'm on rhe right medication. Honestly please do not hesitate to booking an appointment, you won't regret it! Thankyou so much Dr Nadira, looking forward to my follow-up appointment in 3 months ?

My consultation with Dr Awal was like a breath of fresh air and would highly recommend. I felt heard and understood instantly at a time where I was so low, lost and felt alone with my symptoms.
Dr Anwal gave me hope and inspiration sharing her own experiences. Her knowledge and guidance was incredibly helpful and insightful. I was prescribed HRT and suggested supplements which has made me feel me again, I am truly grateful

I couldn’t recommend Dr Nadira Awal enough! After over a year of back and forth from my GP with peri menopause symptoms and being sent away with anti depressants I finally decided to go and find someone else who could help me. I did my research and decided on Pause & Co Healthcare. During the hour long consultation we went through the list of symptoms I’d being having in detail, she helped me to understand my symptoms and recommended ways for me to deal with them. She explained all of the options available to me going forward and I finally feel like I’ve been listened to, my symptoms have been looked at holistically and I feel like a weight has been lifted.

Had an excellent session with Pause and Co Healthcare. I was struggling with my weight issues during perimenopause and she gave me some great advice. Also during the sessions she uncovered that another issue that would have caused future problems and she's working with my Dr to help me get tests on the NHS. Very grateful I made the decision to call and make an appointment.
