Unfortunately my carer, went into Patterdale Lodge Medical Centre, this Afternoon to pick up my Prescription which was posted by hand on Monday 30 September 2024, as its a 72 hour wait we'd thought we'd give then the time to process the Prescription. Unfortunately they said my carer was obnoxious. My carer is the most polite person whom I know. What the matter can't they fill out a simple Prescription order without making a mistake. This is the third complaint that I have to make surely they can read?

I've just moved to this surgery after moving to the area. So far I have been really impressed by them; short telephone wait times, the team on the reception are lovely, proactive appointments scheduled for me and there's quite a few times to choose from too.

Needed an urgent appointment on Monday morning. Attended the surgery at 8 am and was given an appointment for 10am. Excellent service by the receptionist and Dr Eskander.
Couldn't have been better service.

Tried using this GP for the first time after moving to the area. I have had a couple instances of fainting the past 2 weeks, called up at 8am asking for an appointment and was told I can come at a certain time that was the only time I couldn’t do due to my responsibilities, then got told off that I can only accept the time that is given to me and I can’t pick and choose. First time I experienced this as a working person it’s quite difficult to free up space on the day few hours prior. Very poor customer service

Lovely staff and doctors, Angela the advance practitioner was very good with my little boy who is none verbal and struggles with the doctors touching him. She has so much patience and understanding it was lovely, as I can get overwhelmed myself with doctors appointments and my boy having meltdowns.

A little late on the appointment but that’s expected and something that I think is a universal thing with any doctors just to many ill people and not enough time in the day.

I’ve been here just over a year And it’s so much better than my last doctors. You are all doing amazing

My big toenail came off at home rang NHS 111 explained my problem didn't want to clutter up A&E , got a call back 3omins later after multiple questions health feet and circulation and as THEY couldn't get threw to surgery and that system was switched off this was confirmed by surgery as appointments where full so advised to ring them and was told ring next day 8 am.
Got through told all full up try walkin centre i explained NHS111 said clinically would not be advisable to see doctor.Then the receptionist replyed in her opinion they where and this without knowing my current condition or history .NHS correct or a receptionist you decide.
So reluctantly will have to add to A&E long list.
