Very disappointing service, they claim to act on behalf of the patient, while jumping through every limitation and hoop the NHS set, so provide nothing more than a buffer to protect their real client the nhs. Lots of sympathetic noises but nothing of substance. Please don't build up any hope of thinking you'll get any real advice or resolution if you contact this organisation you won't, they are nothing more than a messaging service.
