Getting mental health support with things such as counselling isn't always an easy thing to do, but it's been made to be an easy and delightful process with this practice. I'm currently 4 sessions in with Rizwan and I cannot recommend him enough. From the Intial consultation to my continuing sessions Rizwan has gone above and beyond to help me start addressing and resolving my issues through life. Things such as personal troubles, organisational issues, substance use and ADHD - I've had nothing but attentive listening, kindness and support in my time so far at the hill and I'm already seeing massive changes in my life. I've never felt judged, and can really tell that my councillor is in this job to support and help people.
