It's the most disgusting place in Peterborough
Do not register there! Only one or two receptionist helpful, rest of them are useless. Easy for the sick notes but if you want to get something done, not possible, they don't look after patients.

For a very worried parent Lucy was pleasant professional and empathetic towards my son who was nervous and apprehensive. Lucy was great and I highly compliment her patient ‘bedside manner’. Huge thank you.

There is a lot I have to say about this joke for a medical practice, not that it even deserves to be called one. First off the receptionists are 9/10 times very rude which makes it extremely difficult for someone who has anxiety, such as myself, to call up. To be completely honest I'm not entirely sure I blame them seeing as if I spent years in education just to be a receptionist I'd be disappointed with my life but someone has to do the jobs no one wants yet it's no excuse for taking it out on the patients. I also feel that as someone who has had to take themselves to the doctors alone since the age of 16 there has been some judgement from them due to my age however that is very unprofessional discrimination. Now to get started on the doctors I'm not sure what to say other than the fact that they have either been extremely dismissive and quick to stick patients on any meds they can just to get more cash in their pockets it seems. Was going for almost 2 years saying I have a problem with my health as a woman and they never took it seriously, almost completely refused to remove my contraceptive implant and said if they did they would just stick me on the pill and I had to call up to find out my hospital results after being told they would get in contact with me even and find out I have PCOS. Worst part it that the clinician who called me shouted at me when I cried after finding out not to mention a diagnosis such as this was given to me over a phone call that lasted 3 minutes and gave me a very vague explanation saying I might not be able to have kids (which isn't always the case) and didn't explain it properly to me at all and even seemed mad that I didn't want to take the added hormone pill as I'm high risk of stroke and heart problems in my family making it dangerous for me. Unfortunately this is only one out of multiple bad experiences I've had and I would leave a no star review if it was possible but I will say that the nurses at the practice seem to be the best thing about the surgery as they are alot nicer to the patients and seem to take their jobs seriously and ive never seemed to have a problem with them. Overall if you are new to the area or thinking of registering at this surgery I would strongly advice againt it for you own good and I will be registering at another doctor surgery shortly.
