The worst GB I have ever been.
So disappointed with reception desk and the nurses as well! Very poor service. No one pick up the phone in the morning , no one leave appointments for my baby.
I have called 1 week every day at 8 am for an appointment for my newborn and no one gave me saying don’t have. They cancelled my newborn vaccination and they move the date 1 month late.
Poor staff and rude people !
I don’t recommend no one to get registered in this GB!

I was first time yesterday, but I am happy about service.
Dr. Babalola answered my questions, I received tests and medications.
The reception staff helped me with the NHS app.
I am very happy and grateful for the excellent service.

This has got to be the WORST doctors surgery I’ve come across! I had an appointment with the mental health nurse who was great, she advised I see the gp to discuss medication. Every week 3-4x for 3 months I’ve called and not got through once!
They sit there and watch the phones ring out without any care. Went into the surgery to express my issue and they said they’ll email the practice manager to call me to schedule an appointment…..still waiting. Regret using this doctors surgery, useless

Everytime I've needed an appointment been on hold for 30 mins to an hour and all are gone.
Got asked to go to a pharmacy when I was struggling to breathe.
Eventually through 111 ended up in an ambulance and en route to hospital.
Typical London surgery they don't care about you and there is never an appointment available.

I have encountered one of the worst GPs. Today marks the 7th day I have called every morning for a GP appointment, and every time they say, "call tomorrow." What is the purpose of having a GP if my 6-month-old daughter cannot get an appointment? Whenever I call, they immediately say to call 111. Additionally, all the receptionists are really rude, especially the elderly lady who sits at the front desk. They don't seem to like listening to anything we say. This situation is really frustrating. We need someone to help us. We feel truly helpless dealing with this GP.

I have been with this GP for over 20 years and the service received from the receptionists to the actual GP’s has always been very poor…recently after the retirement of Dr Shah, there’s a new GP by the name of Dr John…..she is the best thing that has happened to this practice….she’s very thorough and actually takes time to figure out what problems you might be having, she doesn’t rush the appointment to try and get you out the door quickly….she is genuinely concerned about her patients and she goes above and beyond to try and look for a solution! I hope she sticks around in order to make a positive impact in people’s lives that rely on this GP practice

Unfortunately we have to leave this GP that's near to our house.What GP centre never answer the phone and if you walk in to book an appointment the staff say sorry you have to call to book an appointment.Just sick and tried of the poor service.

WORST GP EVER ! Rude staff never have appointments even if you call on time 1 hour to answer and say that they don’t have appointments to call tomorrow and tomorrow is the same lies just because they don’t want to work ! Please change staff and improve your services it makes no sense for this facility to continue open if they don’t provide the services needed!!
