Multiple times over the year they have been fantastic. There have been times where it's been flu season and they have been very busy, and I have had to wait longer than I would have liked for an appt or a call back, but I have never had bad service from the receptionists( they have gone out of their way to help) and every doctor and nurse we have seen have been super caring and kind. Particularly with my daughter who has taken a long time to feel comfortable about going to the doctors. We went today and honestly everyone was so nice. They can sometimes be very busy and I think everyone needs to give them a break.

Awful receptionists they are so RUDE cannot they get you off the phone quick enough do not listen to you!!! They also cut off you option to reorder life saving medication! Then tell you they will call you tomorrow before ending the call! This Doctors surgery employs people that clearly have no personal skills and could not care less!
There is the exception of one lovely receptionist that I think maybe have left as every time I call now I get barked at that I am daring to ask for some asthma medication that I pay my prescriptions for! If there was an option for 0 stars would have picked it!

Yes there are times when we would like immediate service, and we get frustrated. However in my experience when push comes to shove, the NHS are great. The reception have always been courteous and understanding, and I don't envy them to be honest. So too the doctors who I am sure, are doing their best in the current climate. I really don't know how they cope with the crazy increase in the number of residents in Chichester and surrounding areas, and I wish them all the best as more developments are planned and will without doubt, get the green light. This is an awful practice. I have given 1 star but it should really be 0. The office team do not care at all, they treat patients like an inconvenience to them. As a parent, if you call with a health concern for your child the office staff speak to you like they are telling you off. They will never say sorry for anything that they do wrong and will never go out of their way to help you. There is zero concern or compassion at this surgery. I do all I can to avoid going to the doctors now and just keep my fingers crossed that I don't get sick. It is absolutely ridiculous that I should feel this way.

Dr Patient was recommended to me as he has experience with conditions relevant to me. The practice advertised on the NHS Find my GP website that they're accepting patient from out of the area. Upon registering online, I was told that wasn't the case. Then I was told that since I did send the forms online, I can be accepted subject to confirmation by the practice manager. I signed all the forms, provided proof of address etc. only to receive a call later from the practice manager telling me I could not be accepted after all.
Meanwhile, the practice registered me which appeared on my NHS app last week and prevented me from registering elsewhere. This also removed me from my old GP and disconnected me from my online records.
Today, I'm being told that I am not registered and need to find a new GP.
It is very confusing and deeply disappointing that they did not honour their own status on the NHS website and interfered with my records.

Dreadful surgery. They send me texts asking for blood tests when I have them every two months, offer me free kidney health checks when ive had kidney failure, every time I ask for an appointment they act like my health condition is new to them. The people who work there should be ashamed. I wouldn't trust them to diagnose a cold let along anything else!

Despite the other reviews, I myself have never had an issue with Parklands. They have always managed to get me an appointment promptly and the Reception team are so kind, especially Tracy.

Doctors don’t seem to look up your care record beforehand. They tried to prescribe me penicillin twice but I’m allergic. I’m also pregnant and again I’ve had to tell them more than once during appointments. Never got test results which I was told I would if there was an issue and resulted in worsening of my issue.

However receptionist are amazing, always very friendly and willing to help and really understand what their duty of care is. If I could rate them separately I would give them 5 stars.
