Most of doctors I have seen are great. However the receptionists severely let them down. I understand it's a hard job but you can seriously never get through to them. It's a joke. Longest wait on the phone was an hour and half and then it cut me off. To get any simple task like medication is hard work.

I commend the practice on a first class service. Routine matters are dealt with efficiently . A more serious health issue has arisen which required me to attend A&E. The team proactively chased up, called me in for examination. Within a week I was seen by a consultant. Outstanding.

Absolute shocking shocking doctors!! I would never trust Any off family members to be under parklands care, they never answer the phone and when I drove past while ringing there say there not answering phone. They never answer the phone! These doctors have people lives in there hands and the practice is not good enough!!, I could go on and on but it's not even worth one star!!

The doctors don't really care because they paid not to do their job. They book nurses appointment and cencel it on the same day, they don't offer a repeat prescription service and the online portal is a waste of time.

I’ve tried to hard to be lenient with this practice and given them so many chances, but there is always an issue! 5 days ago I sent them a document for my prescription, chased it up and was told pharmacist would be looking at it Friday. Friday has come and no contact, now they’re closed. I’m left without my medication again. The practice is so poorly run and the staff have no direction provided my management. Their processes are completely wrong and inappropriate time frames for things to be done. If it wasn’t so convenient to be inbetween my home and work i would 100% leave. The nurses are lovely and I’ve only had positive experiences with a couple of the GPs

NICE EXPERIENCE TODAY. When a patient is concerned for their health, sometimes what's needed at the first point of call, is a receptionist who does not make that patient feel like a nuisance for being there.

I don't know the names of the ladies who were on reception this morning, Thursday 13th July 2023, but these two ladies were very helpful to an elderly gent, didn't speak with resentment to anyone at the window and worked together as a team.

It all adds to a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, making the patient feel less stressed and more relaxed during their consultation.

Thank You, Ladies.
You deserve some positive recognition for your professionalism.

I'm giving the receptionist of this surgery 1 star.

Called the surgery after receiving some worrying news from a test I had. Receptionist wouldn't leave a note for the doctor to call me even though I was distressed and crying. Wouldn't help and just said "I'm not sure what you want me to do?" or "no one will be calling you to discuss any results" as there was no appointments. Told her the results were worrying and I wanted to speak to someone to put my mind at ease (she knew what the issue was, as she told me she couldn't help if I didn't tell her what's wrong when i initially called - but why was this before she told me there was no appointments? So this was unnecessary.
I was getting more and more worked up and she just told me to fill in 'patches' and someone would call me after the bank holiday. She then TEXT me a number for the samaritans incasei wanted to fatally hurt myself !!!!

Definitely training needed!!!!
