Parkfield used to be a brilliant practice but after being a patient for over 15 years I recently decided to leave. It is now difficult to get an appointment and or see the same dentist. The practice only sees patients on a private basis but out of hours they refer you to NHS services. It’s a shame the way the practice has changed under the new ownership.

I've been visiting this practice since 1995 and have always been very satisfied with the care I've received. However recently Dr Saimbi treated my elderly dad who has a few other health conditions due to his age. The expert care and kindness shown was exemplary. I am very grateful to the whole team for resolving my dad's problem and making him feel relaxed during the tooth extraction.

I have been going to the practice for over 40 years and found them to be very good and understanding as I am a nervous patient. The dentist Mr Shah explains everything very clearly and is very thorough. Gill the hygienist is also excellent and I cannot fault the service she and advice she gives me. The receptionist is lovely and the dentist’s assistants Gabby and Jazz are lovely. Gill’s assistant is also very good and understands my needs. I would recommend this dental practice.

The front-of-house team at this dental practice are wonderfully welcoming. Like many, I have a mild dental phobia (or what’s commonly referred to as being a nervous patient), but the front-of-house team always put me at ease with their warmth and friendliness. They never seem to forget a name or a face, which adds a personal touch that makes each visit feel more comfortable.

Dr. Neehal and Dr. Arfeen are exceptional. Their bedside manner is fantastic, and they show genuine care and interest—not just in your teeth, but in you as a person. They always provide top-notch advice and explain everything clearly, so you understand exactly what needs to be done and why.

Even though I moved from Didsbury years ago, I still make the one-hour round trip for my hygiene appointments and check-ups. My teeth are in the best condition they’ve ever been, thanks to the excellent care and guidance of this team.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. Huge thanks to everyone at the practice for all that you do!

Since first going to this dental practice Dr Shah and the team have looked after my dental health with great care and attention. They always explain aspects of my dental care in detail and make sure that I know how best to look after my teeth, in particular gum care.
