I recently attended the practice for an asthma review when I arrive I was unwell and Paige the nurse I had the appointment with noted this and got advise from the GP who stated I needed to go to A&E as emergency. Suzanne was on reception lovely as always got another staff member to cover for her while she along with Paige walked over with me to A&E was most kind and kept me calm, waited with me to get signed in. I was most grateful for them assisting me and looking after me as I was not feeling well. I find the reception staff professional and understanding when ever I contact them.

Awful medical centre and has been for at least four years. Rude obstructive reception staff and rarely will you see a general practitioner here. Swerve at all costs mark my words. Today was the final straw for me I dread being ill (which is rare) as I dread dealing with this place and the staff

I have been with this gp practice for over 30years. Front counter staff all changed were us all the nice polite mannered ladies gone.Disappointed with staff here not helpful at all very rude. Don't do your job if you don't like it you need monitor there behaviour too see how they talk to patients.

Unfortunately, since the founding doctors left this practice and a new company has taken over, it has gone downhill. Whenever I call to book an appointment, I am told the same incredulous story that "the practice manager has not updated the diary with new appointments." In reality, the business model of the new company appears to be to offer limited appointments 'on the day' and offer a further handful of routine appointments to those who are prepared to wait endlessly for the "manager to update the diary." GP practices receive funding for the number of patients registered with them. I have decided to register with another practice that has better healthcare arrangements in place and is, of course, better managed. It's a sad demise of a once great practice. I hope things improve for the patients.

Absolutely despicable, what the hell has happened to this country, rude arrogant and useless, why the hell do we still pay taxes for this crap. Seven years ago I said I'd rather die than turn to these for help, I showed weaknes and called I regret it deeply.

The reception staff are always helpful and offer advice and support where needed, offered an appointment at the Cheetham medical centre when no GP appointments available. Clean and friendly environment, love the online services for repeat scripts. No problems getting a blood test when I am due one, always done within a week, the Nurse is lovely and makes me feel relaxed.

I believe this practice is taking big steps to improving their offering to patients and I just want to thank you for that.
I have been a patient here for over a year and have found the staff to be responsive and helpful.
The Practice is clean and most appointments are on time.
