The manor house is always short staffed which means the residents are left waiting long periods of time to be toileted, there's a constant change over of staff because the management are terrible to work for. The residents are left in chairs all day and often left in wet urine soaked or soiled clothing, personally I would not recommend this care organisation to look after a loved one..
