Attended for surgery and stayed overnight before being discharged the next day. Everyone from reception, the nurses on the ward, the theatre nurse, consultant, anaesthetist and physio made the entire experience less stressful and manageable with their friendliness and care. Particular thanks to the various nurses on various shifts going out of their way to help whilst bed bound.

I had Carpal Tunnel surgery and surgery to my thumb to relieve Arthritis pain. From the moment I was greeted at Reception I was made to feel less anxious and welcome. My room was bright and clean , space to put my things away, TV and clean en-suite bathroom. In fact everything was immaculately clean. The nursing staff, surgeon, anethetists were all really lovely. I’m so grateful to all of them for making my experience much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you so much.

Husband was scheduled for surgery with an appointment time of 5pm. The surgery started later than anticipated, which I understand, thus the appointment went into the evening. What I feel is unacceptable is we were 'kicked out' of the reception at 7.55pm when the nurses left. When I explained to the group of nursing staff leaving on mass that my spouse was finished and could they check as I was sure he would be ready to leave very soon they said no, and we would have to leave and wait in the car. Thus in November at 8pm at night myself and my child are waiting in freezing car while my spouse finishes the paperwork. That's pretty poor customer care from Park Hill. Pay thousands and you have to wait in a freezing cold car. Unacceptable.

Great care from all Staff in all areas yesterday & thank you to Mr MacInnes.
Only issue I have is hospital needs upgrading, rooms tired, old furniture , in need of decorating. Not changed since I was a patient 6 years ago. Only a bath where if I’d needed (but didn’t as only daycare), I would have wanted a shower. Baths not as hygienic or accessible & showers the preferred option these days.
We pay top prices for “hotel fees” & expect a bit of luxury in the private sector. ( I have experienced better in a different private hospital, different company)
Can’t fault the care ?

Admitted for right hip total replacement on 29/1/23. From going in at 7am to leaving at 5.45pm the next day I received first class treatment
My thanks go to consultant Mr Vashista and his team who carried out the operation in a very professional and caring manner.
Thanks also to the staff on the ward from cleaners, kitchen staff, nurses, doctors and reception. They all made me feel safe and secure.
I would, however, like to give a special mention to nurse Samantha Allen. In my opinion she went above and beyond in making my stay the best possible. She answered any of my questions fully and in terms which were easy for me to understand. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to Park Hill and her profession!
I would highly recommend Park Hill to anyone seeking top quality medical services.

Just want to say a big thank you to all the staff here at Park Hill. Had foot surgery on the 17 October 2022 and these guys were brilliant. I was very very nervous and anxious as this was my first operation in my life, from the lady at reception to the nurses, the anesthetist,Mohamed who took me down to theatre and Mr Wilkinson was very understanding and patient with me and explained and answered any concerns I had. These guys do a brilliant job ? thanks again ?

Great experience, you get what you pay for the service was far better than anything i have ever had with the NHS. The Doctor i saw listened to me and explained things really clearly. She prescribed painkillers that so far have worked really well to control my pain.
