I had an ongoing issue this week which caused me a lot of pain. I rang bang on 8am was told I was 2nd in the queue but got straight through to reception. They said a doctor would ring me - an hour later he did and asked if I could come in just over an hour away - brilliant! I came in and signed in. I waited 50 minutes to be seen… I normally anticipate 30-40 mins so they must’ve been very busy. Doctor was great he listened, examined me, diagnosed me and sent a prescription off to my pharmacy! Aside the wait at the surgery, excellent service !

I have had a good experience with this practice. I have found the receptionists to be lovely, the nurses aswell. I have had excellent communication overall. Yes it can take a while to get an appointment, get through on the phones ect but I have patience with this service and everyone trying their best. The dr was helpful, made a plan and heard my concerns. The appointment felt slightly rushed but again, with so many people to see I don’t hold this against them. I still received the care in that time.

I know there is no good healthcare in Brighton, at least if there is its not accessible. This practice I've been for years and I had nothing from it. Total waste of time and money! They dont care about anyone.

Terrible, you can’t get through at 8am (trying to get my 3 year old an appointment), & e-consult all finished by 8:10. Probably the worse GP service I’ve ever encountered

Never known receptionists like it. The rudest you will ever find. They hang up on you and speak to you like you are dirt on their shoe. Would not recommend this doctors read the reviews they speak for themselves. If you don’t want to deal with unwell people struggling in different ways, get a new job or stop being rude and nasty. Ask for some patience this Christmas receptionists, you need it.

Fine if you don't need treatment, it is something guaranteed like baby vaccinations. If you need to see a GP for a medical issue the waiting list is a month, and the receptionist gave me a lecture about how healthcare was a 'luxury'.

When you eventually get an appointment everything is fine, but getting hold of anyone is near impossible. E consult forms fill up within minutes and sometimes you can wait 25 minutes in a phone queue just to be disconnected. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.

Often have to deal with a very unhelpful receptionist. Can't ever give you a time for phone appointments which seem to be the norm now and long waits for appointments in the first place. One of the Doctors is incredibly dismissive, arrogant and not really interested. I have seen helpful staff there but its not a great service and mistakes are being made. I know everybody is under pressure but this is not an excuse for the level of service they are supplying.
